Clubhouse Rental Information

The pool clubhouse can be rented throughout the year for various occasions. The cost is $50 for pool members and $100 for Southpointe Residents who are not pool members. An additional $50 cleaning deposit will be required to rent the clubhouse. Please pay the deposit on a separate check or paypal transaction. If you have an available date that you would like to book, fill out the form on the contact us page and someone will contact you and confirm your chosen date.

Please note: Clubhouse with pool usage is NOT available for rent Saturday through Sunday till after 5p.m. during pool season.  Maximum capacity for parties is 35 people.  Clubhouse rental does not include patio tables.  The pool will remain open to pool members when there is a rental.
