Clubhouse Rental Information
The pool clubhouse can be rented throughout the year for various occasions. The cost is $50 for pool members and $100 for Southpointe Residents who are not pool members. An additional $50 cleaning deposit will be required to rent the clubhouse. If you have an available date that you would like to book, fill out the form on the contact us page and someone will contact you and confirm your chosen date.
Please note: Clubhouse with pool usage is NOT available for rent Friday through Sunday during pool season.
